Nura is a PhD researcher in CMAC at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Her research interests centre around In-situ monitoring of pharmaceutical process using THz Raman spectrometry, specifically the powder blending process, to investigate the sensitivity gains and compare the use of THz Raman (small area illumination) and Raman PhAT (wide area illumination) for the measurement of powder blends.

Nura joined CMAC in 2019 in the Doctoral Training Centre and is now in her third year of her PhD. Nura received a bachelor's of Pharmacy at the University of Medical Science, Zawia, Libya. She received a scholarship to study abroad for overall best performance in B.Sc. Pharmacy. She received a master’s of Advanced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing with Merit at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
